Alone we’re faster, when we’re two we go further.
And when we’re ten?

This section is aimed at any structure (company, association, community…) wishing to develop collective intelligence.
For this purpose, the méristHemE team offers its collective intelligence solutions, two working methods that enhance the team’s potential, based on the principle that group dynamics and exchanges enable you to learn from the experience of others and to motivate yourself.
6 to 10 persons

1 regular intervention, spread over time, depending on your project
The aim is that through dedicated working sessions, participants can respectively learn from their experiences in order to approach their roles, legitimacy and scope of influence or even their modes of action in professional situations, differently.
Depending on your need, you will choose, with a advice of a coach,
Either the co-dev’ solution
or the co-innov’ solution

Let’s see how it goes:
Information interviews
Interview with the requester
A 30-minute discussion with a méristHemE coach allows you to understand the process of cooperative assistance as well as the typical course of a session.

Depending on the specifics of your needs and the objective of your institution, you will choose either co-development or co-innovation and then, coach and specialists will propose you a suitable offer.
The requester will provide:
-the work theme;
-an aim for the company as well as indicators of results to evaluate the progress of our assistance;
-the group’s composition (between 6 and 10);
-the number of sessions (between 6 and 10)
Interview with the beneficiaries
In the same process, during a 30-minute exchange, the méristHemE coach will explain the modalities of our assistance to the people who will follow it. For a matter of efficiency, it is important that recipients understand the operation and objective defined by the Requester. Within the global process everyone will have the opportunity to develop their own skills.
Multi-parties interview
Finally, a last step consists in reuniting the requester, beneficiaries and méristHemE coach in order to validate the whole framework, the contract and the code of ethics. It is essential that everyone’s expectations and duties are clear for the process to be as efficient as possible. The assistance can then start.
The méristHemE team offers you a panel of self-evaluation tools made to emphasise every participant’s strength in terms of:
Behaviour
DISC
Motivation
12 Driving Forces®
Emotional Intelligence
Emotional Quotient™
Stress
Stress Quotient®
Each of these 4 TTI Success Insights® evaluations proposed include a survey to be taken online and requires an average of 30 minutes of your time.
In the following weeks, each participant receives a full individual report, which will serve as a basis for your work with our assistance.
A personal debriefing allows each one of you to gain a better understanding of how it works and define your objectives.
A collective debriefing is sometimes needed to allow the group to understand each other’s role and the interactions that will occur.
Depending on your situation and project, we will recommend the use of one tool over another one. In many cases, combining 2 or 3 tools could be beneficial.
The first part of an in-person intervention consists of one group session led by a coach , defining a clear and benevolent framework allowing reflection and development towards the goal.
